1979 Detroit Tigers team-signed bat. The signatures (30+) are on a Bob Adams Hillerich & Bradsby Louisville Slugger S2 game used bat. Signatures include Trammell, Whitaker, Parrish, LeFlore, Brown (coach), Moss, Morales, Dillard, Stegman, Rodriguez, and Lopez. This bat was most likely signed during spring training, as it includes the signatures of a few players who appear to be minor leaguers that did not make the club that year. The signatures are in maroon or red ink from markers, some of them fine tipped. The bat has a crack in the upper section of the handle. On the knob, in black marker, is “7”, written by an unknown hand. The bat has a length of 34.5″ and a weight of 29.6 ounces.
