Presented is an Official American League Ball (Harridge) signed by (19) members of the 1955 New York Yankees, that season’s AL Champions. That team, managed by Hall of Fame skipper Casey Stengel, had a regular season record of 96-58 and lost in the World Series to the Brooklyn Dodgers, 4-3 in games. On the ’55 Yankees, Hall of Famer Mickey Mantle had a fine season, batting .306, with 37 home runs and 99 RBIs. Yogi Berra had 27 home runs and 108 RBIs.
