The Columbus (Georgia) Redstixx played in the Class A South Atlantic League from 1991-2002. A Cleveland Indians farm club, the Redstixx were named in honor of a faction of the Muscogee tribe of Native Americans, the Red Sticks. The clubs mascot was FredStixx, a fox. The Redstixx played home games at historic Golden Park, located on the banks of the Chattahoochee River. They played their home games at Ragsdale Field in 1996 while
